He has held sales positions in the Credit card processing POS Systems, he also was a real estate broker for 10 Years, and a realestate investor over the years. His work ethic is solid coming from Chicago and relocating 12 years ago to Miami Morrone Painting was founded by Joe Morrone in 1999. Mr. Varela (32 Years of age) is From Cuba as so many Miami residence are. His Father has 27 years of large scale commercial and multifamily projects. His father started working at CTC Construction here in Miami and has had his own construction company for 10 Years. Jose joined his father after having various building engineer positions at multifamily properties. Because of these strong ties to the community they have built strong connections for SOLID PEOPLE to work with on your remodeling painting project. They also know have connections to expedite permits. Morrone Painting & Remodeling and Florida Paint & Remodeling by Varela formed a tacit partnership for over 7 years, for which to facilitate bigger painting and remodeling projects. Because of their varied backgrounds it has been a very successful partnership.
